Join us for a DIY workshop. Customize your project with your choice of stain & paint. This registration will allow for one adult to make their selected project from the listed options. Each person in attendance to the workshop MUST be registered for a project. Our workshops are 18years + unless otherwise stated. 

Project measures 12x24 and come framed.

PLEASE LIST NAMES OF CHARACTERS IN THE CUSTOMIZATION BOX! We will contact you regarding any questions, so please list a phone number as well.

 

 HOW TO REGISTER:

1. List your desired design in the Customization Box. 
2. Please email us at hammerandstainbitterrootvalley@gmail.com or text 406-530-9247 with special requests. Proceed with checkout.

  • This is a DIY workshop so your project WILL HAVE random cracks, chips, knots and other NATURAL blemishes that give it it's characteristics! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional! Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be WALL worthy! 
  • One person per project is permitted into the studio. All workshops are 18 years and older unless stated "Family Friendly"


*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $20 will apply.

*Once your order has been submitted, we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48-hour notice for the option of a take home project or to reschedule to a later workshop. No refunds will be issued due to the customization of the projects.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
